All service engagements are governed by a separate Client Agreement or Proposal document signed between Dezignlayer and the client. These Terms govern general Site usage and do not supersede any signed contract.

4. Intellectual Property

• All website content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Dezignlayer and protected under UAE copyright law
• Upon full payment for delivered work, clients receive ownership rights to custom-built deliverables as specified in the signed project agreement
• You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any Dezignlayer website content without written permission

5. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate business information required for service delivery
• Timely feedback and approvals within agreed timelines
• Ensuring all content supplied to Dezignlayer is legally owned or licensed by the client
• Timely payment per agreed invoicing schedule

6. Payment Terms

• Project fees and payment schedules are outlined in individual proposals/contracts
• Monthly retainer services (SEO, Digital Marketing) are invoiced in advance
• Late payments may result in suspension of active services after 7 days' written notice
• All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated

7. Confidentiality & NDA

Dezignlayer treats all client information as confidential. We are willing to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to any project discussions upon request. Contact us at info@dezignlayer.com to request an NDA.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dezignlayer's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific deliverable in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Results Disclaimer

SEO and digital marketing results vary depending on market conditions, competition, algorithm changes, and client-side factors. While we apply proven methodologies, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic volumes unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

11. Governing Law
